AI Engineer

We're seeking a passionate AI Engineer to help build the future of intelligent software solutions. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you'll work on groundbreaking AI features while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid work between our modern Zurich office and remote locations.

What You'll Do

Build AI-Powered Solutions

  • Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js, Python and modern frontend technologies
  • Implement cutting-edge AI features using OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar frameworks
  • Transform customer needs into intelligent, user-centric solutions

Drive Technical Excellence

  • Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship innovative features
  • Debug complex issues with resilience and creative problem-solving
  • Deploy and monitor AI models in production with attention to performance and reliability.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular is a strong plus)
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Python programming experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Bonus Points For

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI Studio experience
  • SaaS product development background
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Startup environment experience and a product mindset.
  • German language skills
