Team Collaboration Notifications

The new notification center keeps you and your team up to date in real time – you receive instant in-app notifications for the most important events in mandate management and the closing process, without ever having to leave the application.

Instant notification when a task is assigned to you

Mandate assignment:

Notification when you are assigned as mandate manager or clerk

@mentions in comments:

Anyone who mentions you in a comment automatically triggers a notification

Due date reminders:

Timely reminders before task deadlines are missed

Bulk opening of new fiscal year

With bulk opening, you can create a new financial year for multiple clients simultaneously – in just a few clicks instead of tedious individual work.

Access company overview:

Select all companies for which a new financial year should be opened

Execute the action:

Click on "Create new financial year", review the generated summary and confirm the action

Download complementary reports as standalone documents

Complementary reports such as the completeness declaration or the general meeting minutes are not necessarily part of the annual financial statements, but are created alongside them and contain data from them. You can now download these documents independently – without having to export the entire main report.

Draft mode

Unsealed reports are now automatically marked as "Draft" upon export. This way, you and your clients always know the status of a document at any time. The draft label disappears only once the report has been sealed.

Hide components in the notes to the Financial Statements

In the notes to the annual financial statements, you can now easily hide entire note items or individual components of a note item. Hidden content disappears from the export but remains in the system – and can be shown again with a single click the following year.
