Release 26.3 introduces Abacus & MS Business Central Integration, Multi-Year Comparison, Reclassifications in Account Mapping, All Report Elements in Interim Closings. You can find all the new features in detail here.
With the native integrations for Abacus and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you import the accounting journal of your clients directly into aumico. No manual CSV export, no Excel detour. You set up the connection once, after that it stays active.
Set up the connection per client once, after that the import runs automatically
Accounting journal, account balances, balance sheet and income statement are built directly in aumico
No manual export from Abacus or Business Central, no preparation in Excel
In the new Analytics tab in the company profile, you compare a client's figures across any number of years. aumico applies the most recent report structure to all historical years. The series stay consistent, even if the balance sheet or income statement changed in between.
You define the period, three, five or more years
The most recent structure serves as the master, older structures are mapped onto it automatically
Based on the data already in aumico. No re-entry, no Excel
You now enter reclassifications directly in the account mapping, in the Reclassification / Rename tab. Click the amount, pick the target account, set the amount. aumico books the counter entry automatically. Commercial reclassifications are clearly separated from tax-related hidden reserves.
Every reclassification has a source and a target account, unbalanced entries are impossible
Both periods in the same table view, same logic
If the account is missing, you create it in the dialog without cancelling the reclassification
Reclassified amounts automatically flow into the cash flow statement, notes, appropriation of profits, equity movement schedule and fixed assets schedule
Quarterly, monthly and custom reports now offer the same range of elements as the annual report. Balance sheet, income statement, notes and every other element are available. Same templates, regardless of report type.
Notes and all other elements also in the interim closing
